I love to bake, pure and simple. Though I have a full-time job and two kids at home, there's time for more than a little flour, sugar, eggs, and butter in my life.

Prior to my current position and a stint in the family business as a landscaper, I worked as a cake decorator and pastry cook, vastly different positions. As a supermarket cake decorator, my day was focused on speed and production. As a pastry cook at a five star diamond hotel with in-room dining, banquet facilities, and a variety of restaurants, I had the ability to learn traditional techniques, expand my baking repertoire, and aim for perfection.

I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida, building on time at the University of Florida. In between, I received a specialized AA in Culinary Arts, with a focus on baking. In addition, as a former vegan, I am sensitive to dietary restrictions.

Today, I am focused on creating fun, inventive baked goods- with limited availability for assignments. Please contact me with questions or feedback.
